Integration Setup

The following topic describes the setup for loyalty and gift card integration.

Navigate to App Manager

Loyalty Integration Setup

The following setup must be done by Zonal, log a request with your account manager.

  1. Click Configure | select Loyalty Integration

  2. Enable the Supports Loyalty toggle to be on

  3. Enter the following details, Loyalty Estate ID | Company ID | API User Name | click Edit Password and set the API Password

  4. Set the required Loyalty Reward Redeem Duration (in minutes)

    When a customer adds a reward to their basket it is held as redeemed for a period of time before being released for use again. Usually the customer would checkout before this time expires but if they abandon their basket, then the reward is available to use again after this time.
  5. Set the CLM Account Type, select 1 - Loyalty from the drop down

  6. Click Save Changes

  7. To test the entered settings click Loyalty Health Check

Other Settings

  • New users can be automatically signed up to loyalty, enable the toggle - Do not use this option until you review the topic Loyalty Association Journeys

  • Available loyalty programs are displayed, select the check box for those to be available to guests

    If the programme is not displayed click Refresh Loyalty Programs to update the list

Gift Card Integration Setup

  1. Click Configure | select Loyalty Integration

  2. Enable the Supports Gift Cards toggle to be on

  3. Set the required Gift Card Redemption Duration (in minutes)

    When a customer adds a Gift Card Redemption to their basket it is redeemed for the period of time defined above. If an order isn't successfully placed within this time period the redemption is then credited back to the customer's gift card
  4. Set the Gift Card CLM Account Type, select 1 - Loyalty from the drop down

  5. Click Save Changes
